AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Buks invest d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Croatia at Ulica Orban - Via Orban 1, 52100 Pula, Croatia. OIB: 50794929814.
We operate the website https://www.buksinvest.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiation
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before seeking formal legal action.
Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Pula, in Croatian or English, under the European Court of Arbitration rules.
Exceptions: Claims involving IP rights, theft, privacy violations, or seeking injunctive relief may go directly to court.
CORRECTIONS
We may correct errors or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice. This includes property specifications, pricing, availability, renderings, and other listing details.
DISCLAIMER
Services are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee they are error-free or will meet your requirements. Property renderings and visualizations are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final product. All property specifications and pricing are subject to change.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided on the Site, including investment or purchase decisions related to real estate.
